Get Information on Property Taxes and Payment Options

New tax bills are available in mid-December and will be mailed directly to the property owner. 2023 taxes are collected in 2024.  You can also view your tax statement online at https://gcs.sccwi.gov/

     
Payment Options:

Taxes may be paid in full or in two installments.  If paying in full, they are due by January 31st.  You may pay in person at the Village Hall during normal business hours or by mailing your payment to the Village of North Hudson at the address below.

If paying your taxes in two installments, the first half of your property taxes are due by January 31st.  You may pay in person at the Village Hall during normal business hours or by mailing your payment to:

If mailing payment, be sure to include a copy of the tax statement to ensure payment is applied correctly.  Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a copy of your receipt mailed to you. 

You may pay by cash, check or credit card.  Please make checks payable to the Village of North Hudson.  To make a payment online, please refer to the How Do I? section for making online payments.

**There will be a processing fee of 2.39% charged in addition to your tax payment if using a credit card.   

**There will be a fee of $25.00 plus any additional bank fees for any check returned to the village for insufficient funds.

The second half of your property taxes are due by July 31st.  You will need to bring or mail your payment to:
