To obtain an Operator's License (commonly called a "bartender's license"), please complete the application form by downloading the PDF form and return to the Village office with payment. The Village staff can notarize your application on site free of charge. 

 

You must also include proof that you have completed a responsible beverage server training course or a copy of a current Wisconsin Operator's License.
